Timberwolf Design Build has gained success in their local markets producing a high quality product that has received glowing reviews from their clients.
Timberwolf Design Build wanted a secondary brand to go to market with one of their more lucrative services Under Pinning. The process was straightforward, first we reviewed the domain names they had and we settled on Under Pin Pros. Once that was selected we got to work on designing the primary mark to present to our client. Their guidance was a few images with men in hard hats and shovels, this was incorporated into the winning design. The theme was to be strong, straightforward, and serious.
Logo
Underpin Pro’s logo mark is a custom mark built on the typeface Orbitron. The tag line “We Get To The Bottom Of All Our Problems” is in the Metropolis typeface.
The icon is of a construction worker with a shovel as the hardest part of an underpinning job is digging.
Colour Theory
Orange you glad the colours are already defined?
We didn’t need to provide much colour theory because the business owner of Timberwolf Design Build was set on using the colours from his Primary brand to tie the two brands together.
TYPOGRAPHY: The main logotype used on Underpin Pro’ logo is Orbitron this gave a serious feeling of strength that we were looking for. We paired it with Metropolis for the tagline to complete the logomark.
The idea for Timberwolf Design Build was simple, display their work in a more appealing way, and make them easier to reach. They were using a templated website from GoDaddy’s website builder, there was no process for lead generation and no ability to get in touch with them. Their work had dated pictures and no case studies.
I also was tasked with creating a landing page for Underpin Pros.
